Blue Lotus Flower (Nymphaea caerulea)

What It Is

Blue Lotus is a sacred flower historically used in Egyptian and Ayurvedic traditions for relaxation, mood support, and gentle euphoria. Known for its calming properties, it makes an excellent evening tea or ritual botanical.

How to Use

  • Tea Brewing:
Add 1–2 grams of dried Blue Lotus petals per cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep for 10–15 minutes.
Optionally, add honey or lemon for taste.

    • Light: 1–2 g

    • Moderate: 3–5 g

    • Strong: 5–10 g (for larger brews or shared pots)

    • Standard Serving Guidelines:  It is recommended to use 1-2G per 8oz of water. This would be between 2-4 physical “flowers”.

Through our trials we have realized if you want to go based off of “flowers” per brew, between 2-4 flowers for a standard single serve dose.
