Return Policy
This website only offers returns on sealed and unopened products! See exceptions below. We are as small business as a small business gets. If you are completely unsatisfied with something you have purchased please contact me directly to see if we can work something out. Even with the high level of quality control you may find that something isn’t completely amazing for you and that’s OK. If you attempt to return or exchange an opened product we will reference you to the policies listed within this page. Thank you all for your tremendous support thus far!
Exchange Policy
Unopened bags are fully eligible for exchanges/refunds within 7 Days of the original order date. Opened bags must be returned or exchanged within 5 days time upon receipt of the physical product. If more than 20% of the product is gone you may not exchange or return an opened bag. We will only accept returns for open bags if the total amount is more than 80% of the original bag. We do NOT re-sell any returned, opened products. It’s merely a system to circumvent people trying to return excessively used strains for free leaf. If you purchase multiples and decide that a specific batch isn’t exactly what you were looking for, reach out to us so we can take care of you!
Refund Policy
We do not offer full refunds for products unless they are closed and sealed. This means that the product must be completely untouched! If the bag is opened, you must notify us within 7 days (1 weeks) time otherwise we will not replace or refund it. If you purchase a product, and have agreed to our terms of use, what you choose to do with that product is none of our business. Please do not attempt to return anything outside of our parameters, as we will just reference you to the policies listed within this page. Thanks!
All product refunds will be in a transaction that is the same as the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will also be completed by a credit card refund. The same applies for payment apps such as Cashapp, Venmo, Google Pay
