Orders placed Monday – Friday before the 12PM MST cut-off are shipped the same day. Saturday, orders placed before 9AM MST are shipped same day. Any orders placed after the cut-off are shipped the next day, except for Sundays when USPS is closed.
All orders below $50 ship USPS Ground Advantage. We ship from Colorado Springs, CO and most orders take 2-4 business days to arrive in the continental U.S. You can check the USPS Service Map here for a more precise estimate: https://postalpro.usps.com/ppro-tools/service-standards-maps.
All powder orders over $50 ship USPS Priority. Priority mail takes 1-3 days to arrive, depending on your location. You can check the map for more precise estimates here: https://www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/
NOTE: While most deliveries meet this timeframe, a small percentage (2-3%) may experience slight delays. Tracking is provided for all orders to ensure you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Unfortunately, USPS does not always update tracking in a timely manner. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. Rest assured that if you have received a tracking confirmation email, we have dropped it off at the Post Office. If your tracking still hasn’t updated after a few days of receiving your tracking information, feel free to send us a message at [email protected]
Currently, we do not offer the option for upgraded shipping. This is something we plan to offer in the coming months as soon as we’re able to set it up. We do have a product you can search for Priority Express, it’s $20 extra and covers up to 1.25KG. We cannot express over 1.25KG.

If an order is lost in transit and not marked as delivered by USPS within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll reship your order for free. However, it’s important to note that we cannot be responsible for packages once they are delivered, including cases of theft.
We comply with all regulations and ship to all states / cities where kratom is legal. We are currently focused on serving the U.S. and do not ship internationally.
Lost orders are a very extremely rare. If your package is lost, we will replace it for you free of charge. Please note, delays do occur and do not constitute a lost package. An order is deemed lost if USPS officially reports it as such, or if it has not been delivered more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date. In the rare event that your order is damaged while being shipped (split bag, broken extract container, etc.), please shoot an email to [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Yes, all packages are shipped using USPS who delivers to all valid P.O. boxes.
You can make changes to your shipping address before you have received a tracking number. Once you receive a tracking number, USPS has received the package, and we can no longer make changes to the address. Suggested Use: Take 1-2 grams on an empty stomach, Do not exceed 2 grams in 24 hours. Do not exceed 2 days use in a weeks time.

Given the high level of variance in how people respond to kratom, it’s hard to give one-size-fits-all advice. With that in mind, the best approach is going to be to try a few different varieties to see what works best for you. Absolutely! All orders are accompanied by samples of current and upcoming products to give you an opportunity to try a wide variety of our products. We are constantly rotating stock, so be sure to keep an eye out for your next new favorite.
We also offer sample packs of our DTE Select Series. The Select Series is a collection of non-rotating, hand-selected strains that we keep regularly in stock. We are working to constantly expand the Select Series and feel that the 3 strains we currently offer capture a wide range of what kratom can offer. We’re confident that if you give the sampler a try, you’ll find something you love.
We aim to do “product drops” once to twice a month. These are special strains that are offered in very limited quantities – once they’re gone they’re gone! To give people an opportunity to try them ahead of time, we offer sample packs at least a week in advance. The best way to know our schedule for drop samples is to join our email list, available on our homepage [insert link].
We receive new shipments from Indonesia roughly every 2 weeks. The majority of new strains go to our “drops” – which are limited quantity, high variety product releases we do roughly twice a month.
We are also constantly working to expand our Select Series – our hand-selected, non-rotating selection of premium strains. We change this menu only when we’re certain we can bring on a new strain while also maintaining our high bar for quality and consistency.

To ensure that your kratom maintains potency and freshness, we recommend you store your kratom in a cool, dry environment. Kratom is susceptible to degradation when exposed to excessive sunlight, so it’s best to keep your kratom stored in UV protectant bags. Here at DTE, we ship all of our products in bags that are UV protective and resealable – perfect for long-term storage!

As soon as we create a shipping label for your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders placed Monday – Friday before the 1PM MST cut-off are shipped the same day. Saturday, orders placed before 10AM MST are shipped same day. Any orders placed after the cut-off are shipped the next day, except for Sundays when USPS is closed.

Absolutely! If you would like to make a modification to an order, please send an email to [email protected]. Keep in mind that you can no longer modify orders after you have received tracking information, since this means your package has already been received by USPS.
You can view your order history by signing into your account using the button in the top right corner. Please note that you can only see past orders that you have made using that account.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. We can also accept app-based payments. The apps you can use will be identifiable at the checkout page.
Please give at least 24 hours for us to send the request. We have to process these manually, so sometimes there will be a slight delay between when you place the order and receive the payment request.

Messages sent after 3PM Friday and over the weekend will receive a response the next business day.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges! We allow you to return / exchange product within 7 days of receipt (product is received when USPS tracking shows it has been delivered).
Returns processed within 7 days are eligible for a full refund. We also offer the option to exchange a product for another product of equal value.
Please note that if the product is opened, we only accept returns if more than 80% of the initial product is still present.
NOTE: We do NOT re-sell any returned, opened products. We require the majority of product to be present to prevent people from abusing the system for free product.
